- Concise and list views links at the bottom of the page to let you view a second, third etc page of bookings
- Improved colours on the day, week and month views
- On the day view, an icon to book any free time slots which appear in the view
- Day view bookings will be colour coded and stacked allowing you to clearly see the booking durations
- All date select fields will include a calendar button which will provide you with a popup calendar to choose your dates
- Day view, week view and month view pages will include a calendar you allow you to quickly choose another date to view
- New option to find any future free booking slots for a single resource or resource group
- Day & week view can be viewed as normal, per member, per resource group or per resource, with a different column for each member/resource group/resource
- Day view interval can be configured to a user defined amount, default is one hour

Version 2.0 Released 18 July 2004
- Your login information will be presented at the top of the page so you are aware of what your member id and your organisation id is
- All manditary input fields will be marked with a star
- Members can configure their own date and time format
- A warning will appear if you try to book a resource in the past
- A new booking end time field, letting you configure a booking length by either choosing the duration or the end time
- Your organisation and member id can be saved in the login page if you desire
- A comments field is added to the member and resource group records
- A new options menu is available allowing you to set your personal preferences
- You can specify what your default booking time should be
- Booking reminders by email, you specify how long before the booking starts the email is sent
- Booking confirmations, if you choose, you can receive an email confirming your booking every time you make one
- Members can edit their own address and contact information (if allowed by the administrator)
- Member, resource and resource group select lists are sorted alphabetically
- All bookings now have a booking number, and you can search for a booking using this number

- Site re-design
- Introduction of the icon which you can click on to view full details of a member, resource or resource group
- The login timeout clock will be reset from every time member downloads a page from the site (currently 1 hour), rather than
just from the time the member logged on
- A single help window is created and re-used, instead of multiple help windows, and a close window icon is added
- Time-Zone is now configurable by an administrator and all date-time fields will use this time-zone setting
- A message line can appear at the top of every page pointing members to important announcements
- Removed the "NONE" from resource, resource group and member select lists if a description is not entered
- Admin: Databases with more than 3 months inactivity will be removed
